PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN; AYER FUI A RETIRAR UN ENVIO CON MI PASAPORTE Y DESPUES DE HACER UNA COLA LARGUÍSIMA, ME DICEN QUE NO LO PUEDO RETIRAR CON MI PASAPORTE POR QUE ME PIDEN LA HOJA DE SOLICITUD DE PERMANENCIA; QUE LO TENGO Q SACAR EN MIGRACIONES, CUANDO SABEN PERFECTAMENTE QUE MIGRACIONES NO ATIENDE!!! , LUEGO DE ELLO LA SEÑORITA ME DICE QUE SON POLITICAS DE LA EMPRESA; BUENO OK PERO AL MENOS POR ESTA PANDEMIA DEBERIAN SER UN POCO FLEXIBLES! SINCESARMENTE NUNCA MÁS CON ESTA EMPRESA!

Me dieron un billete de 100 dólares rayado con lapicero y cuando fui a cambiar el dinero ,me dijeron que no me podían hacer el cambio porque no se aceptan billetes así en chile . He llamado a afex y no responden ,lo que sucede ahora también con el virus ,no se sí me darán solución
