WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD ! I WONDER HOW AIR CANADA MANAGE TO RECRUIT WORST STAFF EVERYWHERE ! We booked our flights 5months ago , together with the seats. When we checked in we realized we’ve been separated . Spoke to Airport staff, supervisors , check in staff All were extremely rude . No one tried to even help , they said go ahead and make a complain arrogantly . I understand world is going thru corona fever and people trying to get home . We were booked on this flight and with confirmed seat numbers for 5months. There’s no reason why we should sit separately as it was confirmed until last night ! Yet another Terrible Air Canada Episode !

Worst airline ever! Delay, missing baggage, 1.5hr long wait at the checkin counter, staff is not communicating well, passenger traveling on the same ticket assigned different seats, 24 hours prior online checkin but all seats taken?!? Worse then budget airline!

even though you get flight problem, they solve so fast for you. but luggage and delay can be late by airport or airplane. because they should check airplane perfectly in order to be flight safe

I came to Chile for my Father's funeral. By mistake that I attribute to my grief, I left my iPad mini in my business class seat. As soon as I realized my mistake I called the Air Canada agency in Santiago. They gave my an email address to write my problem. The email address was wrong. I called again, again I asked for further help, not just an email address. No, they could not help but they gave me a phone number of the office in charge of retrieving things from the plane. They never answered my emails nor my calls. They simply kept my iPad.

If I could review lower, I would. This is the worst service I have ever received. We missed our flight because the plane was delayed and the agent told us we had 5 minutes before boarding STARTED, 10 minutes later the plane was closed. After we missed it, they gave is our bags and told us to call the help line. The absolute worst. Never book with them.

Mi hija viajó el 11/12/19, Santiago/ Canada, escala en toronto, una maleta no llegó hasta el dia de hoy no solucionan el problema, se explico que iban remedios de primera necesidad para ella, le llegó una información que Latam tenía la maleta, una llama , RESPUESTA NO TIENEN IDEA Pésimo servicio, telefonos no contestan te derivan de un telefono a otro sin ninguna solución.
