After being given some poor financial advice from them at a time when they failed to disclose they were unregulated (good few years ago). transferred my pension to one which they advised. My pension has now lost money. I would suggest looking out for the hidden fees for any dealings and if possible steer away and look for a more reputable company. Asked for a low risk pension, ending up with suspended funds, loss of thousands for pension nowhere near the model explained to me. Only wealth being managed is their own.

CI-associates have shown nothing back a complete lack of integrity. I have proof that documents were lied on, signatures were forged. A complete lack of declaration that you were unregulated, unregistered and unqualified to have anything to do with a UK based pension. David Clark continues to access statements as an introducer and has the audacity to claim to be an investment consultant - on what grounds!!!!!! There are a huge amount of UK veterans that are sitting on lost pension values not because of Brexit - bad luck - or bad fund management but because CI and David Clark sought us out, promised massive returns and all the while put us into pension funds that aren't worth anything and sitting there suspended. SHAME ON YOU - SHAME ON YOU - SHAME ON YOU

Warning to ex-pats looking to invest with CI-Associates! I was sold a "retirement plan" while living in Chile. I explained that I would be in the country for less than two years. Jonathan Haskell sold a plan which was completely unsuitable for my needs, resulting in 48,000 in fees to generate a 7200 tax savings. In one year of the plan, CI-Associates charges 20% in fees. Under even the most favourable scenarios, this plan eats away at savings meaning your investment is worth less than if you had put your money under the bed and burned a portion of it each year. Their sales practices are not ethical and were not in the client's best interest.
