Bad website to rent because of the shady way of payment through Paypal. The exchange rate is WRONG, not sure if by mistake or intentional, but it charges me 43,000 CLP at their website, but when paying through Paypal it cost 48,403 CLP!!... more than 5000 CLP more. I then called Masski by phone but the person says I am wrong, without any effort to understand the issue, and getting mad at me while I try to explain how Paypal works with any normal site (I work on IT since 2000). I am glad anyway to see how these people are BEFORE paying instead of having problems with them afterwards. If you have doubts, try the site with any item and then check the value charged when the site directs you to Paypal but obviously don't pay, just check what they are charging you and compare against the current exchange rate of CLP to US Dollar to confirm.

Irritatingly disorganised, after being picked up half an hour late had to wait for almost 2 hours for everyone's ski gear to be sorted out in the "mayhem centre". The way in which the gear was rented was simply bizarre, nobody seemed to know what was going on and everything simply took forever. Finally left the rental place and then stuck in traffic all the way up the mountain due to being so horribly late. All in all from being picked up to reaching the ski resort 5 hours half the day wasted. We weren't the last bus to leave the rental place either. The snowboard I rented was fine, they did manage to set it up wrong being a directional, I just had to ride it backwards (for me) off piste. Fab resort though will be going back to Valle Nevada but I'll just drive up myself

Excelente servicio y material de primera calidad.
Buena atención. Precios adecuados. Arrendé raquetas de nieve y salió todo bien. Un punto a favor es que tienen buenos estacionamiento s cubiertos y si reservas por internet antes los precios tienen descuento. Saludos.
Cheguei ao masski pelo melhor preço oferecido. Eles oferecem grandes descontos para quem reservar online, mas nem precisa pagar pela internet, é apenas a reserva e o pagamento é feito na hora. A empresa é sem firulas, não tem como foco os turistas, é bem prática e nem oferece guia. Para quem vai esquiar recomendo, para quem quer tour turístico melhor procurar outra. Contratei o transfer, aluguel de roupas e equipamento de snowboard e tudo saiu por 89.000 pesos, 560 reais na cotação 0,0063. O serviço é excelente, equipamentos em boa condição e o transfer muito tranquilo e pontual.
Muy recomendable para alquilar equipo de snowbiard/ski , creo que también tienen transporte a montaña, buenos precios, lugar limpio, muy buena atención, todo organizado. Recomiendo
