Came here to fix a leak on my motorcycle tire, one of the only places in Santiago who could sort out the issue, all done with great service plus they speak English which was very helpful for us. Couldn’t be happier!!!

First, I want to say that Christian, the head mechanic, is a great guy and really seems to know his stuff. Also, the shop seems to be overly busy and I think quality control is taking a hit. However, their were multiple mistakes made on the relatively simple task of purchasing and installing two new rear tires on our Suzuki DR650s. From the wrong size tire to incorrectly mounting one of the tires (requiring a 1.5 hour return trip to the shop) our overall experience was not satisfactory. Christian, the mechanic was very apologetic for the problem. However, the owner, Humberto, acted like we didn't even exist when we came back to have the tire remounted. Which was the opposite of our treatment the day before when he requested pictures of us with our bikes for his FB page and a Google review - which he practically walked me through. One other thing I will note, our motorcycles are not the typical type that this shop works on, they mostly deal with larger BMW motorcycles. I hope they get back on the right track with customer service and quality bike maintenance.

Honestly I've got better things to do with my time than write bad reviews but the work done was so poor I feel the need to tell others. I left my bike for a month with instructions of service. This is a KLR650 so not rocket science to work on it. When I returned very little had been done except trying to replace my chain with a new chain (despite already having a new chain installed recently). They did however apparently lose some of the fairing bolts and I now have 3 different head types on my fairing bolts. I instructed them to put my previous chain back on and asked if they could change my front tire. Once complete they rolled the bike out of the shop and said "good to go". I looked at the front tire and saw the tube sticking out between the tire and the rim. Don't ask me how it is even possible to miss that when installing a new tire/tube? They took it back in the shop, (this time putting the tube actually into the tire) and gave it back to me with a new front tube. A little ways down the road my speedo stopped working. I pulled the front wheel off finding that they had jammed the speedo housing into the wheel (during assembly it needs to fit into slots). The casting on the front wheel hub is now damaged. This is a shop that works hard to show the appearance of service but fall very, very short on delivery. As an added bonus when I told a couple of friends about my bad experience (they had just gotten two tires changed the day before at this shop). They went and checked and both had been incorrectly mounted. Just passing this on for other moto travelers. Good luck on your travels!

It would have been nice to be told the brand of motorcycle tire was being installed. Of course I should have asked.
