This pizza place was pretty poor. My pizza was flavourless and the base was no better than a pizza base you could buy at a supermarket. It is also over priced for what you get. The only positive was that the service was good. There are many more better options at Patio Bellavista, so I wouldn't bother.

This place has a nice ambience; a blend of modern, trendy farmhouse-style tables and chairs with vintage-style couch seating in one area, a fully stacked bar, and bikes stored on the wall. Wide selection of interesting pizzas, salads, and sides. Pizzas are very thin and small, so perfect for one person. Extensive alcohol menu. Good, fast service. Free wifi.
So for a place that calls itself The Pizza Factory you would expect decent pizzas (you have one job...). Unfortunately they are very mediocre. The base is dry and covered in flour (even at the point if serving) and the toppings are ‘just ok’. It was just fuel at the end of the day, to stop me feeling hungry. Not especially tasty or enjoyable.
Two of us had two pizzas. 1st one with a lot of meat . 2nd one says come with mushroom and ham however none of us can find even single piece of even tiny meat. We asked why the staff said it's because the ham are very very tiny so becomes part of saurce......What ???? I smell bulls@it. Anyway I can only say the second pizza was a vegetarian pizza. Taste ok for their price ( 6,700 peso) . Just disappointed.
I went there to have a few pints. The place where it is located (in "el patio bellavista") is really nice. I paid 6.5 K pesos (around 8,5 for my 2 beers - an APA and an IPA on the tap, europe crafted). The price is honest, the waiters and waitresses are nice and the music is eclectic (just a lil bit too loud for a cosy conversation).
Really good peparoni pizza. Service & atmosphere was great. I got a plain peparoni pizza, I want to go back and try some more interesting recipes! My table mates had much more fun and flavorful looking pizzas.
One of the best Pizzas I ate in Chile! Really delicious, great options and a nice place in one of the most touristic or party areas of Santiago.
Great pizza . would have given 5 stars but the staff left us with empty drinks for quite some time. Need a separate smoking area.
