I have a terrible experience about scheduled pickup time here, the lady delayed our package for 2 days and twice. The lady in the laundry looks very nice, we put our package here at around 13:00, and time for picking up is 17:00 on next day. When came here at 17:00, she told me it was not ready, and will delay 2 hours. we cannot wait for that long, so we booked next day, and she told 11am is ok. Then next day when we came, she told it should be 12:30. But the work for laundry itself is very good. I recommended the quality of here, if you are not hurry!

I read all of the other reviews and I agree that this is a 5 star business. I arrived in Puerto Montt this afternoon after being on the road for 2 weeks and I have a bus ticket to Pucon tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Initially when I asked her about my laundry she said it wouldn’t be ready until 9:00am. I explained why it wouldn’t work for my schedule and I was about to leave when she told me not to worry and told me to come back at 7:00pm. The clothes are very professionally cleaned and folded and I am very happy that she was able to help me out. I highly recommend using her services.
I am very pleased by the quality of the service. The lady working there knows her job very well and is careful with the clothes, separating them by the type of the fabric. Moreover, I wasn't expecting her to have special detergent for Gore-Tex fabric, but she did and now my jacket is clean again after 6 months of backpacking! The price is per kilogram and I found it fair. Highly recommended!
My family was in Puerto Montt for 5 days as part of our holiday and we needed our clothes washed. This lavanderia had good reviews, the owner was friendly, so we decided to try it. We were very happy with the service. Our clothes were washed well, the place is friendly, and the price was fair.
