We took a tour that went to the Ensenada area, including going up to the refuge on the volcano and to the waterfall at Petrohue. For about US25 we saw a lot that would have been difficult to do in one day ourselves without a car. The problem was that the tour included too many things that cost additional money, so that actual cost was around 50. To be fair, they told us in advance what the additional costs were. It was in taking the tour that I realized how overpriced the system was. For example, there are *two* short thirty-minute scenic boat rides which cost US10 per person. They are optional, so you can choose to stand around and wait for everyone else to return, as I did with the second one. Both cruises were overpriced and one would have been enough. In fact, the tour would have been better without either overpriced cruise and more time to enjoy the short trails in the parks. There were also entrance fees to the parks, but they were very reasonable. In addition, lunch was at an overpriced place on the lake where the only options were a buffet at about 18 or ordering off the menu for 14 (US). It was only worth half the price. We would have been happy with a place where we could have gotten something lighter, like an empanada or a sandwich. Puerto Varas is a beautiful place but the businesses there are too focused on taking in every dollar they can without providing back a reasonable value in return. I'd love to go back to Valdivia and Chiloe Island, but I have no plans to return here.

Para un traslado al aeropuerto súper bien! Fuimos en una buena van y con un conductor muy amable. Recomendados!
Es realmente lamentable. Contratamos a esta empresa para hacer la excursión a Chiloé con Ancud, Dalcahue y Castro. El guía, Sr. René estaba mas interesado por llegar a almorzar a un lugar que sólo el conoce que en explicar el recorrido. Le pedimos si podíamos permanecer en Dalcahue durante el almuerzo y se negó con lo cual se perdieron dos horas de almuerzo y después sólo nos dejó 20 minutos en esa ciudad. Una estrella por la muy buena atención en la oficina, pero nunca más los contrataría.
Contratamos esta empresa por la amabilidad de la joven que nos atendió, el resultado no fue bueno. El tour a Chiloé resultó aburrido. René era el conductor y el guía que no explicó nada. Solo estaba interesado en que llegaramos a tiempo a almorzar. Perdimos dos horas en un almuerzo alejado de todo y nos daba 20 minutos para sacar fotos e ir al baño en las ciudades. Una verdadera pena. No recomiendo esta empresa.

Excelente trabajo, muy buena atención, hicimos un tour a volcan Osorno y saltos Petrohué fue excelente viaje, una muy linda experiencia. Súper atentos y buena onda. Le agradezco a Cristian quien fue nuestro guía súper recomendable!! Espero volver pronto y mucha suerte!
