We did the tour around the lake, self-guided, one year ago. It is an amazing trip, tons of hills but what a way to see a beautiful area! We loved the choice of accommodations. Ernesto went way beyond the call to answer our emails when unrest hit Santiago and exemplified the Chilean Going Easy Way to assist us - rental cars, pick up and so forth. I feel for all of Chile during this pandemic and so hope that the good times return soon for these many small businesses.

Good mountain bike, but they had run out of repair kits, so when I got a flat tire I had to walk back for an hour. Insist you get one, or look elsewhere. Staff were friendly though.

La atención fue muy buena, muy atentos a todo lo que solicité. Las bici de ruta no son de carbono, pero ellos lo anuncian con antelación así que no te engañan. Personalmente completé el giro del lago con una de ellas, así que es una opción para quienes no quieran o no puedan llevar la suya.
