Booked a full day group tour to Torres Del Paine with them based on hotel recommendation. It was everything I expected and more! The group tour was supposed to be 10 or more but there were only 6 of us today. It felt almost like a private tour. Our guide took the time to show us everything special about the region. He didn't rush us on anything and let us spend as much time at each spot as possible. We ended up having an 18-hr day. It was long and exhausting but so totally worth it! You will not regret booking a tour with them. One thing to note is that if you book the full day tour to Torres Del Paine, make sure you bring breakfast, lunch and dinner with you. There are multiple stops on the way but you won't be able to find anything substantial as a meal.

Excelente servicio y guía turístico. Tomamos el tour al Lago Grey con mi familia y nos tocó Felipe como guía turístico. Destaco su excelente disposición, entusiasmo, amabilidad y vocación. Durante todo el trayecto fue preocupado, simpático, agradable y se encargó de entregarnos la mayor cantidad de conocimientos, de forma que nos sentimos acogidos y entretenidos durante el viaje. Se nota un trabajo hecho con vocación.
Realizamos el tour para ver los pingüinos reyes, una excelente experiencia con la agencia, el guía un 7. 100% recomendado!
Excelente experiencia! Los lugares que visitamos en los 3 tours fueron maravillosos todos muy bien preparados y completos. Los guías y conductor muy atentos, amables y con buena disposición, nos entregaron sus conocimientos de forma entretenida y acabadamente.
