We rented an Automatic SUV from Transpaine in 2020. We drove down to Ushuaia and back up to Torres Del Paine for a span of like 10 days. Working with Sergio and the team was amazing- great communication, briefed us about the car and the places we’ll visit along the way. I did my research on rental companies and am so glad we gave our business to Sergio. Two things the company did was prepare us for the boarder crossing and knew that if ever we were in car trouble, Sergio would not let us down (read the other reviews.) We had a car issue at Torres Del Paine ( the roads aren’t the best-strongly suggest getting an SUV), and he drove 4 hours just to repair the car. He’ll take care of you beginning to start. So thankful for that!

I had a great experience with Transpaine. After finding out the car I rented through another agency could not travel to Argentina, Transpaine was able to find the car I needed on short notice, all while staying after hours to help me solve this problem. I couldn't have been more grateful for their excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!
We rented a automatic SUV in Punta Arenas to drive to Torres Del Paine. Everything was great. No problems. We were met at the airport. Car was very new and nice and clean. Drove to the park. Roads and gas was fine. Price was the best I found. I would definitely recommend this company!
I rented a car from Transpaine for a 3-week drive around Patagonia. Sergio was great and price was the best I found out of Punta Arenas. He even left me a gas container to be able to carry extra gas for the longer parts of my drive. Greatly recommended.
We rented an automatic SUV from Transpaine and Sergio was absolutely AMAZING. He was very responsive to any question we had both via email and WhatsApp and he met us at the airport to pick up and drop off the vehicle. The car was safe and clean and Sergio made sure we were well prepared for our adventure. We were especially grateful for him organizing the appropriate papers to cross the Chile/Argentina border. We would definitely recommend this company to other travelers!
Just got back from Chile and spent a few days in Patagonia. Rented a car from Sergio at Transpaine and it was an excellent experience. Met Sergio at Punta Arenas airport when I landed, spent a few mins signing the paperwork and drove off in an automatic Suzuki 4WD. Did not have any issues, the car worked fine in TDP and then dropped the car off at Punta Arenas airport where Sergio met me to collect the keys. The price for the vehicle was great, about 380 for 5 days for an automatic SUV which is much lower compared to all the other major rental car companies that have horrendous reviews. Highly recommend Transpaine and Sergio when renting in Patagonia.
Sergio (owner) offers amazing service. He met us at the airport, was extremely thorough in running us through the car and gave us a free upgrade. He took the time to run us through getting across the border into Argentina and back again. The car was a Renault Duster 4x4 which was in good condition. We did have an unforeseeable issue with the car (leaking brake fluid) which Sergio resolved by driving hours to Torres Del Paine to swap the vehicle over the very next morning. He met us at the airport to collect the car and once again was lovely. Would recommend.
I rented an automatic SUV from Transpaine and went through Sergio who was THE BEST! Easy to contact via WhatsApp, responded quickly at all times! He was at the airport right on time and the car was perfect for driving all around Patagonia and through Argentina! Safe and reliable car, clean, great tires! Make sure to ask for the neccesary papers to cross the Chile/Argentina border if needed. He was so professional and took care of everything that we needed! Best rental car company in punta arenas by far! Highly recommended!
