Excellent experience with these guys. We booked only a couple of days before, and had to leave a few days earlier than planned (Covid related) and they provided excellent customer service, especially Christopher! The 2 seater camper was new and faultless and wouldn’t have any hesitation booking with these guys again.

Fantastic customer service! If you are looking to see Patagonia at your own pace, stop when you want to and not be held to bus schedules, booking with Wicked Campers is the way to go. A great price for the freedom you get to experience We found the Punta Arenas staff to be very accommodating and helpful right up until the end when they called us a taxi to take us from the office back to our hostal. They were available during our entire trip if we had questions. 5/5 would do this again. Special shout-out to Chris and Valentina at the Punta Arenas office, they were amazing to deal with!
Myself and my friend Anuj had a fantastic time hiring our van from wicked campers. The L300 had more than enough space to sleep comfortably in the sometimes remote Patagonian countryside. The van was clean, well maintained and handled the rough roads with no issues. The staff were all friendly and helpful, including being a little bit flexible to allow us to make our early flight. It’s also nice being part of the wider wicked community, whenever you turn up at a campsite across the region and there is another van, it’s an easy way to meet fellow travelers. Even the obligatory flash of the headlights as you pass makes you feel part of something larger in the world.
We rented a Hilux with rooftop tent from Wicked in Punta Arenas for 8 days. Christopher and his staff were super helpful and pleasant and the truck was awesome for 3 adults - we drove over 2.000km and slept in rain and crazy wind and the tent still worked out great. Would rent here again in a heartbeat, thanks Chris!
After months of planning we made a reservation with wicked and traveled to Chile. When we finally arrived at the office the day of the rental, they told us they did not have the van we had reserved months in advance and tried to push unacceptable alternatives on us. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced as they made no effort to fix the situation outside of what was most convenient for them and our whole trip took a pretty enormous hit. I don’t think (or at least I hope) that this happens regularly (otherwise I don’t think they’d still be a company), but this is a cautionary tale for future customers. If this company starts doing some things that feel kind of sleazy, just know they are more than willing to completely screw customers over.
After an amazing road trip of 4 weeks we had to say goodbye to our nice Wicked campervan. Handing in the van was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in Punta Arenas is well marked and everything looks professional. But that's how we know Wicked. I would recommend Wicked to all my friends and family. The service is good, they have a lot of experience, they are always easily accessible and you can always contact them during the road trip if there are problems.
Thank you Wicked Punta Arenas for the awesome experience. Our car was almost brand new and the space was used very cleverly. We had lots of fun on our 11 day journey and recommend everyone who wants to visit Patagonia to rent a camper. The wicked camper staff is super friendly, helpful and relaxed and the car was clean and in great condition. Thanks again for the great time we had.
The return of the van was fast and uncomplicated. The team is friendly and courteous. All in all we were really satisfied with Wicked Campers - our van was well maintained and very clean, we received a detailed briefing at pick-up with lots of useful information and also before the rental all questions were answered promptly by email. Highly recommended!
