Burger is OK. Too much cheese sauce in it. Honestly expensive for what it is. The restaurant itself is not a nice cosy spot.
A disappointing burger joint. The burger itself was nothing special and the "baked potatoes" were plastic like. The staff was nice though.

Best handmade hamburgers. I had the "albedrío hamburger" and it was perfect. They have vegetarian hamburgers too. The place is really small, has like 10 or 12 tables. Only 2 or 3 waitresses in the lunch hour, so the attention isn't that good. You can have the soup of the day for free. The salads aren't good.

There is a reason why this place has the best hamburger in town (Portobello). Home made hamburger made with fresh meat. All the ingredients are fresh. You have a few bread choices to choose but I suggest you to go with the traditional hamburger bread to have the best experience. If they miss any of the fresh ingredients cause sometimes the producers don't have it, don't worry cause the menu is filled with great choices like Albedrio and Pepperoni. If you feel like to have some beer, they have Goose Island and Erdinger. They also have Undurraga Brut, juices and sodas. A few but great choices for dessert like brownie and chocolate volcano, both with ice cream. Lovely and fast service, the girls will make your visit here a pleasure. Be aware that if you don't arrive early (like 1pm), you may have to wait for a table. This place is always packed! Congrats Albedrio!
