No cleaning or toiletries included. Very hot apartment. Chewing gum on bathroom floor. Toilet was broken. They did give us a decent room after we complained.

NOT a great hotel, very dated basic cleanliness, no services or toiletries, communication difficult, but I should have learnt some, no transfer service/shuttle service. did the basic walk through of the room, an effort to get clean linen for our room. not a true representation of what your infor, no stars remove this add, we left a day earlier than scheduled. if it wasn't for our driver my friend got for us we would never of found reception, communication via email very basic, got worried when they didn't answer my calls....only good thing was location... this is my opinion and that's the view from my room and I would say all the rooms. I'm forced to put a star on here to post. bull crap
This cannot be considered a hotel and they explicitly tell you this upon entry. There is no room cleaning and the apartment was dirty to start with (our apartment had chewing gum on the floor). There is also no A/C which is problematic in the summer, bed sheets were inadequate and kept on falling off. The overall condition of the apartment complex itself is shabby and dated. If you have a little more money I would highly suggest going elsewhere or even staying in Providencia even though location wise it may not be as ideal.
Pretty good for long staying, especially if you know Spanish to discuss anything with Reception Administration personally. Suggested during check-in whatsapp is not an option because there are too much work on reception, so they often simply have no time to answer. Nice location, fully equipped apartments. Nice receptionists and maids. Sometimes there are issues with Internet, rarely - with electricity, almost never with water. I've been stayed for 5 months currently and will stay more. They have laundry, room service twice per week, cable tv, internet, gas and micro oven. Towels and bed sheets are included, but soap/shampoo you need to buy. Supermarket Lider is 3 meters (literally) from La Merced entrance. Several very good restaurants are 1 minute walking from that entrance. There is second entrance on Huerfanos street, in 3 meters from that one you can find pharmacy and sex-shop. x) P.S. really suggest you to contact them directly to confirm your time of arrival. Especially for early morning or late evening / night check-in.

Service sucks, intermittent TV and cable, hidden reception counter, no English spoken... They are the least committed people! I heard of double key or door password people getting( intruders) in the middle of the night,

Não recomendo. As fotos postadas no site não condizem com a realidade. Logo na entrada, na portaria do edifício, fotos das câmeras do edifício alertando para pessoas transitando e roubando os condôminos. Cheguei e antes de chegar aí quarto, me pediram pagamento integral. Quarto não tinha sequer papel higiênico. Muita poeira. Ventilador preto de tanta poeira. Limpeza péssima. Não fiquei nem vinte minutos e fui embora. Me garantiram que devolveriam o valor pago, cobrando apenas a multa por uma diária e nunca estornaram o lançamento. Pessoas desonestas! Não recomendo!
