You would like a bigger parking, definitely. It's a little bit old but is ok. Enough space to walk and get to your bus on time.

Place looks ok from outside (I was on my car). It was hard to stop and pick up someone from av. Valparaíso, no designated place to pick up passengers, I suggest coordinating this before hand. Traffic mid-day is mildly heavy
Let's be honest for a city like Viña del Mar this bus terminal is way too small. Crowds are expected pretty much all the time. However there are nice coffee shops etc but no cybers around. ATMs, restaurants are common. Lots of services. Too crowded though
Nice, airy bus stop. Clean bathrooms. Coffee shop and a minimal convenience store.
