The owner is of great help with anything to help your trip! After 2 months I had an issue with the van's radiator, and the next day a new van arrived so I could continue my trip! Very friendly service!

We rented a van from Mauro for 31 days starting in Punta Arenas, along the Carretera Austral, and ending in Puerto Montt - it was the journey of a lifetime. We did a lot of research before choosing SoulVans, and while these vans are not the most fancy or most expensive, it was ideal for the two of us. The van was clean, mechanically solid, and had the right amount of gear (actually more than we needed) and the price was fair and reasonable. We found Mauro's communication to be very timely and helpful and we enjoyed getting to know his father who kindly took us to the airport after we returned the van in Puerto Montt. SoulVans was the perfect choice for our journey in Patagonia and we are so glad we chose to support this family-run, Chilean business.

Soul vans is everything we were looking for when we wanted to rent a camper van to surf trip around Chile. Mauro the owner was extremely helpful in setting us up and the van had absolutely everything needed to road trip. It drove well, cheap on petrol and had plenty space to sleep 2 pax. Give it a go when in Chile.
Great company. Good price. Quality van. The only reason we haven't given five stars for Soulvans is for two reasons. 1/ The igniter for the portable stove didn't work and we weren't informed that we'd need to purchase matches. We only realised when we were in a remote location trying to cook lunch. These should have been included in the van. 2/ The drop-off time kept changing on us. While this wasn't an issue for us, if someone else had somewhere to be, this would have been an issue. Nonetheless, Mauro was very responsive to our questions and very friendly. We would strongly recommend choosing Soulvans over another operator like Wicked Campers.
I rented a camper van for a month from Soulvans. Travelling in a van is a great way to see Chile, and I can definitely recommend Soulvans. I had some worries at first renting from this company. They don’t have a great website, you pay per PayPal or cash, and the rental contract we signed in person and not in advance. I was a little scared this was a scam. It’s not. It’s just a small company getting started and none of these things where actually an issue. I compared Soulvans to Condor and Wicked before choosing them and the price here was several hundred euros better. I also prefer the Cheverlot Max N300 I got over the Mitsubishi vans mostly used by these companies. I also loved the full size bed in the back of Soulvans cars. Much bigger and more comfortable than a fold down bed. The van has everything I needed. The conversion itself is not the highest quality I think but it definitely works. My only issue was communication with the company. Communication is informal via WhatsApp or phone call, which is nice. I felt though that it took a long time to get responses and plans for pickup and drop off changed very rapidly and required some flexibility. Not a big deal but I thought I should just mention it since that has been praised so much in other reviews.
