I really like the staff. They try do everything they can to help me. It takes all day to travel from my house in Curinanco to colect my pensión in Puerto Varas. One time I didnt have my ID and I had no money with me. And they wouldnt accept my pasport. The girls at Copec were kind enough to let me sleep at a table for the night. In the morning I got my ID and then my money. I travéd alone withithout my guide dog, (that would have been more problems) But, I still have to say that the staf ar Afex did their best to help me.
