We stumbled on this place after exiting the cable car at the last stop. We have an 8 and 10 year old and they immediately wanted to do this place. The kids had a blast doing the zip lining and ropes course. What stood out to me was the staff was absolutely amazing. I've traveled the world and the staff working here was in my top 2 along with another place in Tokyo, Japan. Back to this place, we speak very little English and everyone here did their best to communicate with us and make sure our kids were as safe as possible. In addition, there were a ton of workers everywhere so anytime the kids needed assistance someone was right there to help everywhere. We've done places like this before in other countries and they've had nowhere near the number of staff as Parque Aventura does to make sure the kids were safe and had fun. Lastly, the staff members seemed to be smiling and enjoying their work too, and really enjoyed working with the kids. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the team here and the experience we had.

I went there with my two girls, 10 and 8 years old. My 10 year old had a blast, she is 140cm tall so she was allowed to do all activities under "Puma". She was even allowed to do the 15meter climbing wall, after a special request, because she has done climbing back home. She got to the top no problems! On the other hand my 8 year old, didnt find it challenging at all. She is 124 cm tall, quite short, so she was allowed to do all "pudu" activities which are only 2. They more suitable for 3 to 5 years old. She was dessappointed about that. Staff were great, some of them spoke English, which made it easier for us all. Facilities were awesome, and safety was incredible.
