I have been to PDI to enrol my visa the staff were really friendly with me ....then I go to a room give him information...they ask me to wait after like 1 hours and 20 min they call me and they take picture of me with a webcam ....I pay him like 800 CHilean Pesos and he go down and bring a paper and ask me to sign it then he give me the visa registration paper with that I go to Registro civil to apply my ID it was really smooth and easy procedure....!! Specially the staff were really friendly and helpful they speak English also so foreigners can do their procedure easily!!! Best of luck Good work keep it up !!!
