Burger was great first time I stopped there, I liked it so much that I tried to come back and get one but this time I was riding my bike. And even though they have a back yard they did not let me serve a burger with them. Who wants to eat a burger like that and not work out before that. So bikers!! You are not welcome there Diego

I was introduced to this place shortly after I moved to Chile back in July 2018. I have been here probably 25 times or more since then. The last few times I visited, the quality has declined. In March, my friends and I were sick with stomach problems afterward. After that, there was another time where the food simply didn't taste good. A few weeks ago, was my last visit. They included a very skimpy portion of fries with my burger. No problem, I just ordered another portion of fries. However, normally they give you thicker-cut fries with your burger. When I ordered the extra portion, they brought me small cut fries like you would get at McDonalds. I told the waitress that I wanted the same kind that came with the burger. She took them back, but another waitress brought the same plate back and said they won't change them, because I should have asked for "rustic potatoes" ... How was I supposed to know that they served more than one type of fries? If I want McDonalds fries, I would go to McDonalds, but I came to Diroom with an expectation for a better quality of food. Maybe it's just a difference in definitions between our languages, but I define rustic potatoes as something completely different. Perhaps it has something to do with the incompetence of their staff, because there is an incredibly high employee turnover rate at this place. It seems every time I visit, the wait staff is completely different. Rarely do I see the same employee twice. How are they supposed to know what they're doing if they aren't there long enough to learn? I was not a cheapskate either. I would come and order two Desafiodis or Ceviche and a Tio Bacon, not to mention I always brought people with me; spending typically 60.000 or more per visit. Now you've lost a customer. I hope pushing your wannabe McDonalds fries was worth it to you.
