Made an acupuncture appointment around 10am for 3:00pm to which we showed up a few minutes early, we ended up waiting almost a half an hour and when we asked the receptionist (since no one cared to let us know) she said the person was on her way and would be another 10 minutes possibly... Found this to be very unprofessional and irresponsible. Not only a waste of time but also of gas, and money.... Do NOT recommend.
