Good store in a great mall with fab wifi

Awful customer service. We were the only customers at the camera section and the sales clerk ignored us. When we said pardon and asked a question she gave a curt answer then left. We finally had to ask someone for assistance, they went to find someone else, then the person who finally came was unhelpful and surly. Not the first time I experienced uninterested and rude sales help at Falabella. They seem more interested in talking to one another than providing assistance, even when approached for help.
