Terrible service. I've marked wrong communa by accident which made a Luca difference to delivery cost, and the company made it so complicated for me that in the end my flowers didn't get there. If you are not a Spanish speaker, use a different company or you will get disappointed. Update: just ordered same flowers from cornershop for half the price, no hassles

I wanted to send a birthday gift to a friend in Chile. After making myself nuts trying to find a nice option that I could pay from another country, I had the good fortune to find these guys. They had lots of options, the ordering process was quick and painless, I could pay with Paypal, and best of all, this morning they sent me a photo of the flowers in my friend's apartment so I could see that they were delivered and how they looked. Just like the photo! My friend is really happy and so am I.

I ordered flowers online from Canada to be delivered in Chile (Santiago region): the payment was safely made through Paypal; the delivery was on time; the flowers sent to the recipient looked like the pictures of them online; a confirmation email for completion of delivery was sent to me with a picture of the recipient standing next to the flowers.
