I wrote an email, in Spanish, to this firm. I asked about a specific service (from overseas), and the cost. I never received a reply. Thankfully, I found another firm in Santiago that helped my situation. If you are abroad and you would like to contact this firm, don't bother. They will not reply or they are not interested in providing services to Chileans who live abroad.
