"Gruas Puerto Montt are incapable and outrageous" Gruas Puerto Montt was supposed to transport our car from one mechanic to another. Despite agreement the day before he appeared only after repeated calls and with more than 1 hour delay. He did not fasten our car properly (only on a front tire), drove down an enormously steep hill, was most of the drive on the phone and ignored our worries and hints. On the slope, the car rolled forward and crashed into the towing vehicle's cab. our car was damaged on the underbody and on the front bumper (as you can see on the pictures). That did not impress the driver of Gruas Puerto Montt. When we called the chief of this miserable towing service and described the accident, he became loud and outrageous and did not want to help. We suggest, in any case, avoid this incompetent company.
