We did the two day kayak excursion and it was absolutely fantastic - highly recommend. The camping location and extra time in the wilderness are a better adventure! We had the glacier, river and lake all to ourselves which was amazing. Will, our guide, is highly experienced and knowledgeable of the area and kayaking and was able to answer the most random of questions. We felt safe the whole time -even in Patagonia weather. Worth the extra and would do again, highly recommended.

We had booked the one day trip on lago Grey & the river. We left at 7.30 am in Puerto Natales and drove off to the national Park to the start point of the trip. Near hotel Grey we got geared up and good to go! (Wetsuits, jacket, gloves, helmet, life vests and a proper 2 person Kayak with rudder) we were able to go in between the icebergs at the south side of Lago Grey for an hours and a half. Amazing views! Then we paddled to the river entrance and started going down stream for 20min. Had a nice fresh lunch that they brought for us with coffee & tea! Homemade sandwiches with home grown vegetables! Fantastic! Then we paddled down stream for about 2 hours with small but easy Rapids to arrive again at the park entrance. Cleaned out the kayaks, stored our gear and had a fresh drink before we went back to the city. Thank you very much for this amazing experience!
Rodrigo, Will, and the owner Christian are wonderful guides and hosts. They do so much to make you comfortable and to make your experience better. The experience was unforgettable, and I can't recommend it enough. Honestly was easier and better than doing the W. It's that good.
We did the Serrano river/glacier and our experience has been flawless Very professional in the organization and knowing what to expect Extremely competent and friendly guides Material and equipment of great quality I have already recommended kayak en Patagonia to travellers I've met on the road and will do again for those visiting the region! We were able to kayak with glaciers around us on the Serrano glacier and live quite a few of the Patagonia types of weather. Relatively expensive yes but you get what you pay for as it shows in the quality of personnel and equipment.
One of the most stunning and exhausting outdoors experience I’ve ever had. The whole team is very professional and our guide Ted has taken care of us the whole time. They are the only one providing the dry suit which are essential considering the unpredictable weather conditions. After a day paddling the sensation of being all alone in front of the glacier is priceless and sleeping with its noise makes the experience impossible to forget.
Do not expect to kayak near icebergs. They are not in area of the bay where you will kayak. Also weather often makes the trip on Gray river much shorter than advertised. We only had about an hour and half in our kayak because we could not launch on lake because of bad wind and then we were told the wind was too much on the river. The weather is often difficult in Torres Del Paine so be prepared for short trip. Great guides. It is just a very expensive trip with little time on water. However excellent equipment.
