Service was quick & got us loaded on the bus & off to Pucon in a matter of 20minutes or so. It's important to bring your confirmation code for any online ticket purchase. Upon providing this, they were quick to print the ticket & get you and your baggage on the bus. Unlike in Pucon, no one tried to extort us for more money for our bike bags. Good experience.

LOL! It is called "Terminal" but there is no terminal. All the buses park in a parking lot where there is a lot of commotion from people waiting for their relatives and taxis trying to get your business. IT should be call the "Parque Araucano STOP" to avoid confusion.

Bueno, nos dejó el bus a la hora indicada, estaba lloviendo . Había una parte entera techada así que fue excelente. La atención durante el viaje fue muy buena. Te entregan una bolsita con un néctar livian y un galleton. Luego una botella con agua mineral. Te cierran las cortinas y hacer tuto! Bien

Pésimo que no haya nadie a la hora de salida del viaje para imprimir el boleto... por qué cresta no mandan el boleto al mail de una? Qué significa mandar el comprobante nada más? Ya estamos en 2019!!!
