Disgusting service from the bus driver working for this tour operator who picked us up from the border of Chile and Bolivia to take us to San Pedro De Atacama. This man on the photo was absolutely rude and disrespectful towards us from the beginning to end. He was speaking in Spanish in an angry tone several times and had physically and violently pushed myself and my fiancé to get our exit stamps from the Bolivian border. Another instance was when waiting for the checking of bags at the entry port to Chile. We were waiting for the office to open as it was closed then. I needed to go to the toilet and I was inside the bus. I tried to open the door and it would not open. When he saw me trying to open it he blasted some Spanish words to me in front of many people in the bus instead of just opening the door so I could go outside. I knew other people in the bus understood what he was saying but no one translated. I knew it was something unpleasant. I don't know why this mane acted so rudely to tourists while he was so helpful to those who spoke the same language as him. You guys be careful if you book with this agency. I would suggest to hinder yourself from booking with them at all. I sent the agency a message about this matter, however there was no response. Probably did not understand any of it as it was English. Hoping karma gets back on this rude man and perhaps the agency should choose a rather kinder and patient driver.

Absolutny koszmar! Mei, która sprzedała nam wycieczkę do Uyuni na początku lipca mijała się z prawdą w podstawowych kwestiach. Mieliśmy spać w hostelach, a spaliśmy w schroniskach, w związku z tym, że była zima mieliśmy mieć zapewnione śpiwory (w schronisku nas wyśmiano), nie można było nawet ich wynająć na miejscu, przewodnik miał mówić po angielsku, a jedyne co umiał to "NO" i w zasadzie żaden z niego przewodnik, to był po prostu kierowca Jeepa. Już na samym początku było coś nie tak, bo zdezelowany autobus zawiózł nas do pasa granicznego przed godz. 7, a przejazd możliwy dopiero od godz. 8. Aby zepsuć to wszystko do końca posiłki były tragiczne. Nie dajcie się nabrać, że ta wycieczka jest wyjątkowa i zabierze Was w miejsca gdzie nie docierają inni. Nic z tych rzeczy, trasa taka sama jak w innych agencjach :) Bardzo odradzam!

Los tour super Buenos! Lo que sí debo agregar que me gustaria que los guías complementaran la parte cultural con geologica/arqueológica. Debo felicitarlos por Cris, quien nos atendio en la agencia, por el volvimos por su atención, amabilidad, alegría, forma de explicar y lejos una parte fundamental en la agencia! Los recomiendo
