The esthetician was very professional and kind, I really liked the place. It’s near the subway station Plaza de Armas from line 5 or maybe Universidad de Chile from line 1. Prices are reasonable, I had a good experience.

Painfully magnificent! I've had super tight shoulders, neck, and upper back and came in before work to see if I they could fit me in and Joselín was able to give me a 40 minute masaje decontracturante and it felt amazing. No frills type of place, this is more medicinal. Take off your clothes, lay face down on the paper-covered table, and let her work her magic. If you're looking for a spa atmosphere, you may want to look into a hotel massage for more money. But if you want a legitimate athletic massage and need the knots worked out of your shoulders and back, this is the place. If you'd like more than 40 minutes, send them a whatsapp to schedule ahead of time. Walk-ins might work if you're lucky! Go into the building, it's on the fourth floor, #48 - the front desk can tell you this, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. 19,000 for a 40 minute shoulder cranking massage - I'll take it! Will definitely come again.

Great place for a wax when in Santiago! The girls took me on the spot without an appointment and the lady I got was fantastic. Really good value also. The place looks a bit weird from the outside (like an office block) but just go into the desk and they'll tell you the floor.

Excellent! I made an appointment the day before my service for a Brazilian and a bit of my tummy wax. It was fantastic! The least amount of pain I've experienced with a Brazilian and the price was a fraction of what I pay in the US... about 15 USD. Definitely book with them - super quick, friendly, and discreet. (Unless you post a public review about what you get... In which case everyone will know ;) )

Several unprofessional things, but most of all hygenic: double dipping when waxing is not cool, especially when doing different body parts. On the quality of waxing: it was fast but sloppy - missed quite a few spots, and left a substantial amount of wax on my skin. The wax was extremely hot on application. Finally, I had to wait 35min after my scheduled time, and the personnel wasn't particularly nice or responsive to my requests or comments.

I've been back three times already because Constanza helps with my back pain so much. I really enjoy her technique and the time she spends on areas where I have pain. Constanza is also really nice about how little Spanish I speak :) The massage is really affordable for a person coming from the US, so take advantage tourists!!
