Worst restaurant I’ve eaten in Santiago. Bad customer serving, very rude waiter...food is good but it is not worth it.
Food not great, service acceptable, beer cold. Ordered papas fritas with ketchup only and was upgraded without discussion to the Montana fries. Should have looked at reviews before stopping, will not be back. Cute area but have yet to find a good restaurant here.
Badly managed, sub-par food, needs some cleaning also. Servers are untrained. The consensus is accurate. There’s a reason it’s empty on Friday night 8pm (it’s not because it’s early in the evening, other places are getting busy at this hour). Steaks are low-quality.
Food was overcooked and staff was unfriendly. Go to the place next to it instead, to the left.

Lousy food, lousy service. I should have known that things were bad when they didn't have most of the imported beers shown on the menu. We both ordered the prime rib - the worst I've ever had. It was flavourless and so tough that you could hardly eat it. Getting a waiter's attention was a challenge. It's got to be one of the worst restaurants in Santiago, and there are lots of bad ones.
Worst food I've experienced. Surreal was rank and we were still charged for it
