Tourists & Expats beware!!! We bought a Dutch oven here at a great price so at the time I loved this store, however at the same time we also purchased a Molinex food processor.. which was pretty expensive 40,000. As we are checking out I asked about the return policy and Ivan said on the Processor you have 1 year & Dutch oven; 10 days. Great. No.. that day, the very first time i use the Processor it breaks. The plastic button melts and plastic bits are all through my food. Today I go back to the store and they refused to return it with an attitude of "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I asked for a store credit or exchange. Nothing. Only option is for it to be repaired. So do not come to this store expecting them to back up their promises nor to show you any customer service! Fortunately, I have an amazing credit card who will fight this for me.
