Excellent choice for tacos, quesadillas, or burritos... quality ingredients, prepared to order, hot and fresh... Highly recommended! Be aware that this is a food truck so their location changes from time to time... We ate their today in Persa Bío Bío and he told us that he is there every weekend. So if see the Pinche Gringo food truck, be sure to stop by and say hello to Greg and try one of his specialties! The photo that I have included is from when he was parked at Plaza Ñuñoa in 2015.

La opción taco vegetariano es bien fome, más bien insípido; le falta frescura y textura. Además 2000 c/u es un poco exagerado. No cumple con lo mínimo de un auténtico taco mexicano.
Uno de los nuevos food trucks instalados en el persa Bio Bio, por la calle Victor Manuel justo al frente del Gema Ramen. Es el segundo food truck estacionado en esa cuadra y donde preparan principalmente tacos y burritos, con preparaciones clásicas como Al Pastor o de mechada. De carta acotada, pero donde todo es preparado con cariño y esfuerzo. Las porciones quizás son un poco pequeñas para el precio que tienen, pero el sabor de sus preparaciones esta muy bueno.
