Incredible. Amazing. Extraordinary. No adjectives to describe this place. Even the napkins taste good. Best restaurant in Santiago so far.

We had the sea urchin starter, the honey walnut salad, and the paella. The raw sea urchin was my husband's idea and I was more in it for the experience. It comes with lime, onions, and cilantro with croutons to scoop it all up and is pretty good. I thought the salad sounded great but it was overly sweet and the Bleu cheese was a lot stronger than I had anticipated. The paella was bland. I detected no other flavors outside of the very fishy seafood it contained.

Amazing seafood! The wine selection is everything you would hope for and more. The staff is friendly and the prices for the quality are excellent! If you are in the area it is well worth your time to stop for a meal!

I give 5 stars for the ambience and service. I ordered Chilean sea bass. Being an Indian living in US my taste buds were craving for some flavor. I was yearning for some taste. I tried desperately sprinkling pepper from the measley grinder with little effect on my tongue. I finally gave up and ordered desert and hoped for the best. Update: dessert finally saved the day.
