Great tour and tour guides but I'm giving two stars for the horrible initial experience and lack of service from any other employees. We arrived 40 minutes before our tour when the website only recommended 20 minutes. However, I think that at least an hour before your scheduled tour is necessary. The group of five in front of us took 25 minutes alone to be processed and they immediately knew which tour they wanted! Until they fix their "welcome," I'd advise people to look elsewhere for wine tours.

Super quick rushed tour..we spent way too much for special tasting and told to hurry. Go somewhere else

Closest winery to downtown Santiago, and they have some tasty wines too. I recommend sipping here and buying in the store, as it is often cheaper that way.

If you like wine, that is your place!! Concha Y Toro is one of the biggest wine producers of the world! Do the most the "Marques de Casa Concha" tour, to get some nice souvenirs and also have a wine taste introductions with different types of wine and cheese. Make your reservation through the website in advance and enjoy!

Concha y Toro is probably the biggest wine maker in the world, and surely Chile's best know wine. With those credentials you'd expect a tour and tasting that's above average, but I didn't think it matched the vineyards credentials. The gardens are gorgeous, but you only walk outside the family old Hacienda, which looks more like theatre prop than the home of one of Chile's most aristocrats names. The cellars the guides take you look like they've been built for tourists attraction and the most famous one Casillero del Diablo includes a show that is not worth of place only for people over 18. The wine tasting is as good as any average Chilean wine. The tour guide was very savvy in all the matters about the family and their wines, probably the best part of the tour along with the people at the wine shop, where by the way all wines are more expensive than at your distributor in the US!!
