If you plan a trip with to Chile, I would not recommend this company. We tried to organise quite a big group tour (14 participants) to combine wildlife and the solar eclips. Communication started well in advance (2017) and itinerary ( high price) was fixed well in advance. The high price gave me the wrong trust. Many months later, the itinerary completely changed and communication was rather hectic. It was quite a challenge to come close to the original planning but we succeeded. The accommodation was not in balance with the price and in 6 years as travel agent (more than 300 trips all over the world), we never had so much complains. The accommodation was cold, humid and not worth the price at all. During the trip, it seemed that communication in advance about wildlife was not correct with very disappointed participants as result. We know wildlife, nature is not a zoo, but when you almost guarantee a lot of whales/dolphins and pinguins and you only see a handful of pinguins because of the wrong season, well... The guide was not bad but two excursions failed due to no knowledge of the place (not finding the entrance of the trail to the forest for example). We tried to negotiate for a refund (1400 dollar on a total amount of more than 53000 dollar which is 100 dollar per person), as a gesture to our participants, but no result so far. We believe this is a fair proposal.

This is the holiday programme for those who have the time to enjoy the whole Chile It contains 3 weeks of adventure and enables participants to see all the main bird and landscape highlights of one of the worlds most beautiful countries. As well as the land based adventure this programme takes you out deep into the Pacific Ocean for the pelagic birds in both North and Central Chile as well as shorter voyages on the Straits of Magellan. You will experience the worlds highest lake, see the worlds driest desert, perhaps the worlds most spectacular National Park (Torres del Paine) as well as mountains, volcanoes, glaciers lakes and rushing rivers.
