Was very stressed when I first arrived in Santiago looking for a furnished apartment to rent. I saw without Spanish and as an expat I didn't meet many requirements needed so when i I found an apartment through Andes Properties and was shown around my Ender, who's very helpful, I was relieved. Ender and Alejandra have been brilliant. I arrived in Santiago with almost no Spanish, needing a place to live. Ender found me a great apartment within a week and the paperwork couldn't have been easier. It wouldn't have been possible otherwise for me to find somewhere so easily. Throughout my tenancy (about a year) Ender and Alejandra have responded to any queries in English, and dealt with rent etc, very efficiently. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful and have made a huge difference to my experience of Chile: I'm very grateful! I'd definitely recommend Andes Property.

APM and their employees are really good at getting you started! They are helpful, proactive, and most importantly, they understand how complicated relocating can be. Chile can have a lot of red tape in renting, but APM helps you cut through it, with an easy way to move in. They understand that things can come up for foreigners living here, and will happily work with you. (When I had a problem with my US bank that made it hard to pay rent, they quickly came up with a solution for another method I could use to pay rent) One word of caution, and not against the business at all: even though they will be good in helping you get started, you will still need some Spanish skills to live here. APM will find and start you on an apartment, but you will still need some Spanish to communicate with your concierge and maintenance people, and to pay other bills online.
