I just went into this store trying to purchase a facial cleanser but after purchasing The product remembered that I could not take liquids over 5 oz on the plane with me (I’m on vacation). I went back to return the item and purchase a cleanser that was below 3 oz and the woman who sold it to me would not refund my money but than later told me I could exchange the item and simply give the rest of the money away to the company without getting anything. (she didn’t mention the cheaper cleanser the first time I went into the store by the way, only the most expensive ones). I told her I needed a refund and she literally said to me “in Chile we have different laws, you can’t return the item” I was forced to exchange the item and purchase a second item that made the total even more than before. I went back to my hotel and read the Chile Kiehls website to see they do in fact accept returns for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase. The sales associate had a nose ring and brown hair and was working June 8th at 8 pm and was very unpleasant and dishonest And I will be reporting her to the company. Very dishonest employee!

En éste lugar, he encontrado un excelente producto para mantener un cabello rizado y ordenado mejorando la sedosidad y brillo favoreciendo mis canas. KIEHL'S además tiene un agradable perfume quedando un grato recuerdo en mis amigas.

Productos de muy buena calidad para el cuidado de la piel, atención rápida y eficiente. Los productos son caros pero lo valen. Se le puede consultar al empleado sobre productos y al comprar te dan una pequeña cantidad de los productos que no llevaste para que los pruebes. Hay descuento con la tarjeta de descuento de turistas que se pide en atención al cliente.
los productos que venden pueden ser muy buenos , pero las vendedoras del local del mall de Padre Hurtado Sur 875, tienen muy poca paciencia y mal carácter para atender público.
