It is impressive how this place it has Japan in its name when it doesn't have any single original japanese recipe on its menu. I ordered a soba noodle with shrimp, to my surprise the shrimps were smelly, they were clearly stored with some other seafood as the smell was still present in the plate (crab smell). On the other hand the soba noodles didn't tasted like the real ones, I asked to the waiter if the chef was from japan and he said yes, i seriously doubt it! On top of it the place is way overpriced! it was 6900 CLP (around USD11) for the plate, and a really bad one! I won't recommend this place to anybode that has been in japan, it would disappoint you!
