Good service, cheap cars (if you can live without AC and 4-wheel drive, you can save a lot of money), no pressure for added uneeded insurance, and very fair. We drove from Santiago to Valpo, used tolls, and six weeks later got the bill--9700 CLP, which was the actual cost of the tolls without any surcharge.

Leider kann man hier keine null Sterne vergeben, denn das hat United Rent a Car verdient! Ich verglich einen ganzen Nachmittag lang die Preise, bis ich mich für eines der United Rent A Car Angebote entschied, sie nahmen mein Geld von meiner Kreditkarte und am nächsten Tag hatten sie alles storniert und mir ein Angebot geschickt, das zweimal teurer war, als ich es angeboten hatte. Die Kreditkartenbelastung PLUS alle Transaktionskosten, plus einen Urlaubstag musste ich für diese Nullnummer verschwenden . Außerdem waren die anderen Angebote bereits im Preis gestiegen. Ich kann nur jedem von diesem unprofessionellen Unternehmen abraten!
Para la entrega del Vehiculo y la inspección la hacen muy rápido , y no dan lugar a revisar bien los detalles del auto, aduce el caballero que está de afán con otro cliente y no se dá en tiempo adecuado de explicar. Es decir no me sentí agusto como cliente.
Все супер. Приехали, получили машину какую и бронировали. Все быстро. Персонал работает четко. Обратная приёмка авто так же прошла очень быстро. Не придирались, хотя мы изрядно запачкали салон.
