Friendly staff. Airline has unbundled all services. If you are traveling with nothing, and are willing to be the last on the plane and stand in a long line, and have a middle seat, the prices are quite reasonable. The problem is, if you pay extra, it's no cheaper than regular airline, and then you have to have a million little discussions with the staff about which services you are entitled to -- the printed boarding pass and the mobile code don't make this clear. Also, you don't really get the service. Pay extra to cut the line, nope, doesn't work. Eventually you get in a separate line, but then they only take one person out of three from your line, because the regular line has gotten too long, which you foresaw and paid extra to avoid. And, after you haul your funny-shaped bags away from the desk to the scanner, they close the line behind you, so the people behind you are totally out of luck. Then, time to board the plane. You have to show them the receipt so they let you get on with the star passengers. Go10 m down the ramp. Hold for 10 minutes. Staff shows up and go another ten meters. Still holding. Big game of "mother may I?" Takes 25 minutes to go down the ramp before you get on plane. Plane has advertising all over the inside like subways and buses. Tiny seat pitch (I'm 185 cm). Staff are really making things up as they go, it is like they're playing with Legos. It is possible that things work better on low-traffic days. Baggage was fine, although I needed receipt to prove I'd paid. The web app doesn't work very well, nor the web page. Print up a copy of your receipt and carry it with you -- these problems are obviously frequent, as counter and gate staff are visibly used to it when you pull out the receipt. Very bad Airlines, not reliable at all, we had 8 hour delay, they promise a transfer which they never gave us, they broke our suitcase and even they ask for our account to pay for it they never did. Staff very impolite...highly NOT recommended.....choose an other airline
I have traveled to 170. Countries and almost every airline. Sky ranks as one of the worst experiences ever. And I never post complaints as I have seen it all.

Desesperam por arrecadar dinheiro, medindo malas, e cobrando extras por malas claramente dentro dos padrões exigidos, que nunca foram cobradas em nenhuma outra companhia do mundo. Chega a atrasar a decolagem. Tratam mal se não forem comprar nada dentro dos vôos.
Llevamos más de 1 hora esperando para realizar el checkin. Solo hay 2 recepcionistas para 400 personas increíble! Pésimo servicio
