started off good with the nice young guy picking us up, then i saw the car which looked like it was his personal car. Car ran OK but tires were so worn we ended up having to put 2 patches on it as it was leaking air slowly (which ruined a full day in Valdivia). Then when we went to airport to leave and drop off car no one was there and we waited around 2 hours and ALMOST missed our flight because of it! On the phone they gave us excuse that they were stuck in traffic, but when the guy showed up he said he had no idea we were turning it in at that time (we sent an email specifying it). Anyways, not worth it, iust another company! Not worth using this "mom and pop" rental service.

Pesima compañia, hay mucho mejores. Tardaron una semana en devolver la fianza y sin aclarar el porque. Si teneis opcion de contratar otra compañia mejor!!!
Excelente empresa, Buen servicio, puntuales en la entrega y los vehiculos en muy buen estado. La recomiendo.
Nefasta empresa. Solicite reserva atravez se su pagina web, nunca contactaron. Solicite via mensaje y por voz la confirmacion de mis antecedentes para arrendar vehiculo en pto montt, la persona a cargo se comprometió en reiteradas ocasiones a enviar los datos para generar el arriendo pero nunca se comunico. Pésima empresa, pesimo personal. Recomiendo los servicios de rent a car que están a la salida del aeropuerto. Arrende en Salfa, 0 problema, auto impecable. Atte. Marco Figueroa.

Pésimo servicio, pedí cotización y me respondieron rápido, pero al solocilitar la reserva me han mandado 5 correos pidiendo la misma información que he mandado 5 veces!!!! El colmo de la ineptitud!!!!
