The rooms are very nice. Nice beds and more high end. Gorgeous bathroom with a rain fixture shower and tub. Nice floor to ceiling windows. Modern fixtures and new finishings. Beds are comfortable and plush. Great facility with a spa, pool, sky bar, and casino. Great location for seeing any sites in the town. Walking distance to most restaurants, sites and bars. Right at the water with nice views of the town and the water. Front desk will store bags and answer questions if asked. Check in was smooth. It would be the perfect spot but the service is lacking. You have to track people down. Everyone is polite but just not offering assistance or being help. They just answer questions. In all the restaurants (sky bar, coffee shop and restaurant), the staff has to be chased down to get a check. It is like they avoid eye contact and interaction. There is also not a concierge for booking things. It is quite expensive and you would expect excellent service for the price point.

Restaurant was ok, at casino they charge you for the entrance, nothing special comparing to other places/casinos I' ve visited in my life...
A five star hotel located in front of the Magellian Strait.. You have to try the Sky Bar to see the sunset while you drink a Calafate Sour
Travelers be aware! We visited Punta Arenas while traveling on the Azamara Pursuit and after a lovely tour, we walked to the Dreams Casino before heading back to the ship. My friend caught the security guard (older Gentleman at the door) trying to steel my credit card. My friend grabbed his hand and took it from him as he was attempting to put it in his pocket. I tried to report it, but No one seemed to care. The older gentleman and the Younger woman at the door also both walked away. Needless to say we didn’t stay long. After trying to report it and upon leaving, the guard was back at the door. I told him he was a thief and we left. I am posting this publicly everywhere possible, if management cared, they would reach out to me. I can be reached through messenger or trip advisor or any of the sites where I have posted this incident.
Buffet breakfast is very good, a bit expensive for some... But it's perfect for an early brunch and then walk around the city or going to Fuerte Bulnes
Always split Aces.
I've seen a lot of casinos in my life, this was the worse. You have to pay to enter (common in Chile, but still... ), double 0 at the roulette and completely insane draws for the dealer at the Black Jack tables (where closed shuffle machine are used between each play). On top of that, the dealers make mistake when counting... There are a lot of better places to play in Chile.
High expectations but ruined for the bad Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. It's well know that the prices are high in a casino, but 3.500 CLP is too much for a canned beer.
