I enjoyed the rainbow roll and a miso soup, but it left me feeling a bit hungry so I ordered the Dinamita Roll (pictured) looked good but I wasn’t crazy about it. This is a great place to get your sushi fix, I will likely comeback as it’s super close to where I’m staying.

I ate here in september and I had a good experience, the service was good and the food too. I can say that this is the most different Japanese food I have ever tried in Santiago. You can parking in the hotel next to the restaurant. They are both related.

I don’t have any pictures but I can confirm this place is the real deal. The atmosphere, furniture and of course the cuisine make you feel in Japan —or at least the image one have of that culture. Book ahead a private room for a more intimate experience.

Restaurant Japón offers a variety of good quality sushi, nigiri, and others. That's the target of this place. They have some gyosas and other little options, no ramen or Japanese food. Sushi is very high quality and I recommend coming to this place if that's what you looking for.
