They are awful to get ahold to unless you like To send 2-3 emails. They also told me that my purchase would be shipped within 24 hours, it wasn’t shipped until over a week after I bought my it. And I had to email them first and ask why I haven’t received a tracking number or anything. And then they get back to me and tell me they dropped it off at the post office 3 days ago and I still haven’t received a tracking item. Very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
