I went there twice during my stay in San Pedro de Atacama, because it was just so good They have an an awesome range of vegetarian and vegan options that are simply delicious I’d recommend this place to anyone, including travelers who are not especially into plant-based food, you should def try theirs \u200d️

Enjoyed our good and affordable lunch. They offer a daily menu of two courses for just 4000 pesos. The food is prepared with natural ingredients, without too much salt. The juices are freshly made, they could use less water for a better flavor. The dishes are simple and OK. If you like vegatarian food, this is the place to go for lunch or dinner.

I loved this restaurant. If you like veggie food, or is a vegetarian, or vegan, you should try it if visiting San Pedro de Atacama. It has a whole meal for 5000 pesos. It's actually one of the best prices for the restaurants over here. And the food is amazing. In the photo you can see a veggie lasagna. I loved it. Really recommend.

Lovely place with great vegan options!!! We originally planned on eating out only once but because "Estrella Negra" offered such delicious menues (consisting of starter, main and dessert), always with a vegan option and with great value for price, we ended up eating there three times in total. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend!

Vegetarian food with plenty of vegan options. This gem is hidden inside another restaurant, with only a sign hidden amoung other signs. The lemonades are large (500ml), and so are the empanadas. They are made fresh when you order. So wait time was 10 minutes (as a single customer). The vegan empanada was great and server where friendly. Update: I went here two days later, and this time the experience was quite different. Firstly, the service was terrible. In the middle of taking my order, the server looked at her friend, said something in Spanish and started laughing. I had to repeat my order tree times. And when bringing in cutlery, drink and food, she almost throw it at the table without looking at me or the table, but instead at people outside. It felt rude disrespectful. I had the same empanada as the first time, but this time it was not as well made as the first time. And I got a sauce with milk in it, even when it was a vegan empanada that I ordered. I thereby downgraded my review from five to an average of two.

Make sure you go to the right place! When you walk in the door, go to the right immediately. Many great veggie options, super fresh vegetables and juice.
