It's a traditional Cafe in the center of the city. Here you can have a good brunch or a cup of tea with an amazing cake. I recommend to have the tea time option.

Cozy place with a nice coffee but mediocre attention. The waiter is not friendly when explaining the dishes or promotions they have. I think it's a place for locals who know the dishes or the place already, I wouldn't recommend it for tourists, unless you order coffee to go.
Good food and a great selection of cakes.
The food is marvelous. The price is fair - 7-10.000 pesos you can eat a lot. The menu is a little bit confusing and needs to be updated (some food in the menu is not available). Other languages in the menu rather than Spanish would help also.

We are coming to this place for years, everytime when in Santiago. It has gone down with every visit we had. Most of the cakes on the menu are not available, however cookies are as good as ever. This place needs a lick of paint and some love, may be a new pastry chef. I hope you will be still open when we come back next year.
Good portions and good quality and good service, friendly people as well. though, i wouldn't call this place "tasty". Personally, I found it disappointing, they offered us something and later came back to us saying that isn't available anymore.
The reviews were spot on. Good food that arrived fairly quickly. Service was a little slow at the beginning of our visit but ended up being excellent.
