This building symbolises the wealth disparity in Chile and this can be observed in the immaculate gardens, greens grass and impeccable neoclassical design of the building - of course all are which are high fenced and patrolled by police. It was funny to watch the pedigree dogs also patrol the fence as the Santiago street dogs tease them by running up and down the street
