FeelRouk aims to detect these opportunities across the company's structure, offering the following services: 1.- Strategy and Business development: FeelRouk helps companies analyze and investigate the real achievement of added value and the existence of a consistent approach between the objectives of the company and its concrete actions. 2.- Talent Management: In FeelRouk we consider that people are the most important resource of an organization but, surprisingly, we have observed that talent management is not sufficiently aligned with the company's strategy. We therefore, assist companies to improve this feature of their managing process. 3.- Organization and processes: In FeelRouk we believe that the productivity of the company is directly related to the efficiency in the organization of different work teams. Through the analysis of the company´s actual organization and processes, we can provide recommendations on how this productivity can be improved. 4.- Selection and headhunting: Headhunting is a method of personnel and staff selection in which the headhunter a.k.a "Talenthunter"​ carries out a direct search of the profile being requested, in order to meet these specific requirements (for a certain work field, job, position, area, abilities, within other) solicited by the company. 5.- Online measurement: Through the use different questionnaires, we can easily assess the different components of our clients and their organization, all the way from their objectives and process to the workers, managers and their method of administration. 6.- Outsourcing of Human Resources: These services are and can be outsourced regarding the following services; hiring of personnel, management of independent contractors, consultants and suppliers, selection of staff, management of benefits, benefits management, continuous evaluation among others.
