Alice In Chains played amazingly the night I went, and organizers were pretty responsive when a dude suffered an epileptic attack (or something similar). Anyway I think the sound engineer could have done better. Jerry's voice was low compared the instruments, and in one song William's guitar was too loud.

We were recently there seeing my friend play a concert. It is near Centre Santiago and easy for those driving or taking public transportation to get there. The venue is clean and people who attend concerts here are very respectful. If American and European fans would be as respectable as Chilean fans are the concert experience would be much better. Also I want to say the hospitality was first class all the way.
Great venue, lighting and sound is amazing, lots of food trucks, little expensive though
Great place, good service and many local of food drinks
ABSOLUTELY INSANE! Spent a lot of time there while at Lollapalooza. Great place to mosh and the screens on the ceiling made a hella good addition to the concert experience. Kungs and Valentino Khan killed it and Hippie Sabotage's set was especially trippy inside the closed arena. Must visit!
Great concert! Is a good place for this type of events
Small but a very good Arena for music events thanks to it being closed. The sound is great but I recommend getting seated tickets because the stage is to low for being on the ground. Thanks to everyone using their cellphones all the time, you will be seeing the artist through their phones or the screen on the sides.
We went to the Disclosure concert here with Pamela. We were so baked the concert was simply mindblowing. The Arena has superb acoustics.
