One of the worst Airlines we ever travel....the flight was delayed 8 hours... not much info from the staff and very impolite as well...they promise a transfer which they never gave us and also they broke our suitcase and even they ask for our account to pay for it they never did.... Don't choose them even they cheaper....

Thank God I had no issues with this airline after reading other reviews. It is budget. The bea-atch at check in counter in Santiago was not very helpful. Told us our bags were too big, we had to pay for checked luggage. (We carried them on). The plane has no movie, no leg room, no snacks. Pay for food. And no English. All announcements were in Spanish. (You know they speak English but again.....bea-atch...)
The only way to deal with problems, you might have with sky airlines, which positions itself as a web budget airline, is to visit office in person, since they would never answer you by mail. Would put 2 stars, if not a professional English speaking staff member, who resolved the issue in several minutes (after one week of trying to rich Sky airlines using other channels).

La peor línea aérea de sur América cancelan sus vuelos horas antes del embarque dejando lo tirado a uno en sus destino tratan de cobrarte por todo así hallan tenido problemas en sus vuelos, su publicidad de flexibilidad es sólo para ellos pues según tienen el derecho a quedarte mal cancelar sus vuelos no cumplirte por la pandemia pero sus clientes no tiene derecho a reclamar ya que su compensación es un voucher por lo que pagaste la peor experiencia no compren con ellos
No vayan tal como dice Google esta cerrada.
